General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Gentle Lion Massage by Müller
1. General
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between Gentle Lion Massage by Müller (hereinafter referred to as “Practice”) and its customers.
1.2 By booking a service, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Services
2.1 The practice offers various massage services that are not of a medical nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
2.2 No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are given.
3. Appointments and bookings
3.1 Appointments can be made by telephone, email or via the online booking system.
3.2 An appointment is binding as soon as it has been confirmed by the practice.
3.3 If the customer is late, the massage time will be shortened accordingly without any reduction in the price.
4. Cancellation conditions
4.1 Appointment cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours before the agreed appointment.
4.2 In case of later cancellations or no-shows, a fee of 50% of the agreed price will be charged.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is made online, in cash, via Twint, by card, by invoice or by other payment methods offered by the practice.
5.2 All prices include the applicable VAT.
6. Customer's health responsibility
6.1 The customer is obliged to inform the practice before treatment about health problems, allergies, pregnancy or other relevant restrictions.
6.2 In the case of incorrect or incomplete information, the practice assumes no liability for any consequences.
7. Liability
7.1 The practice is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the staff.
7.2 The practice assumes no liability for personal items brought along.
8. Vouchers
8.1 Vouchers are not transferable and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
8.2 Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Final provisions
10.1 Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.2 Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Zurich.
